Designated as a hub for future high-tech companies, our 30-story office tower, which accumulates a medium data storage center, aims to maximize the efficiency of building systems operation. The goal is to use waste heat to reduce carbon emissions and provide the office with the "green Internet".
Data Centers have become an essential part of every office reality. We plan to recycle the "waste heat" to supply a cooling system to nourish the hydroponic system. Also, excess heat generated from our building can be diverted to nearby businesses, creating a district heat network.
